Hey everyone,
I've been pondering the idea of long-term collaboration within the supply chain. It seems partnerships might need a solid commitment beyond short-term gains.
In your experience, does investing in long-term relationships truly pay off? Does it help in smoothing out early-stage hurdles?
How do big players navigate the challenges of setting up collaborations that last? Do they focus strictly on mutual goals for years ahead?
Would love to hear how longevity in partnerships has worked (or not) for you.
Cheers!
