Has anyone experimented with using Request for Information (RFI) in the early stages of procurement to gather insights or establish a baseline for vendor capabilities? I'm curious how it may have impacted the efficiency of the procurement process or if it influenced the decision-making significantly. Would be great to hear about experiences, both positive and negative.
