    Er bestaat de politieke wens om opdrachten, ook > € 750.000,--, één op één te gunnen aan ons eigen SW bedrijf. Het SW bedrijf is een GR samen met 5 andere gemeenten. Onder de gewijzigde aanbestedingswet 2012 zou dat kunnen als quasi inbesteden volgens artikel 2.24b zoals Mat Jacobs al heeft gemeld. Onze GR voldoet niet aan die voorwaarden. Ook het voorbehouden aan SW bedrijven, i.h.a. komt dat neer op voorbehouden aan het eigen SW bedrijf, lijkt nu ook niet meer te kunnen volgens het nieuw...

    in recent times I read that public procurers and the public in general is confused when it comes to bio-based products and their respective capabilities in terms of "What do the eco-labels mean" and the often used terminology (e.g. biodegradation, compostability, etc.).

    Dear all,

    on 3 November 2016 the InnProBio consortium organises a workshop and market dialogue on public procurement of computer related devices. The Workshop and market dialogue will take place in the context of the event “Nachwachsende Rohstoffe im Einkauf: Öffentliche Beschaffung zukunftsfähig gestalten” in Berlin.

    The workshop deals with the public tendering and public procurement of bio-based products. Case studies, tools and criteria for public tendering will be discussed.
