  • Management fees in framework contract Public space
    Latest comment

    Dear Toni,

I do not know of any rules on management fees in framework contract. I remember a case where the winning supplier had to pay the procurement consultant of the contracting autority. Further, I know that in relation to quality assurance, now and then contracting authorities hire consultants to execute this task. To incentives the supplier and to internalise these costs, i know that sometimes a management fee is suggested, but i have to search for any actual examples. Before searching...

Volker Welter makes a good point, and Marlene's point about not letting the perfect be the enemy of the good is spot on, too. To Marlene's point, it's imperative that we act on what we can now. To Volker's point, it's imperative that we iteratively improve our tools to target material impacts, recognizing that mistakes happen but that good process can methodically identify and eliminate them.

In my experience, most eco-label databases focus on being comprehensive (i.e. they list all eco-la...

    Hi Helene,

Sorry that I only now saw your question. I assume you are asking about the transposition of the 2014 procurement directives into Irish law? This has not yet taken place, although like the UK the Irish government has expressed the intention to do this as quickly as possible. We might expect legislation within the next six months. You can track national implementing measures via EUR-Lex, for example using this link: http://eur-lex.europa.eu/search.html?type=advanced&qid=141061128457...

    Hello Miguel

It would be very useful to have the guide in other languages. Unfortunately, there aren’t enough resources in the project to cover translation costs. If other organisations are interested in translating the guide (or funding a translation) we would look into supporting this and could easily set up an agreement.

    Kind regards
