Can anybody tell me what you do about supplies contracts and subcontracts for your Direct Labour Organisations? I am looking specifically at housing repairs but would be interested to hear about anything. Do you aggregate spend and let a call off contract? Or a framework (single or multiple suppliers)? Or do you use a DPS? I would be very interested in hearing from anybody.
